True Shine Magazine started as a community magazine, focusing on the relationship between community activism, music, and the interlink between our neighborhood and our individual lives. We each have a purpose in the greater scheme of life. It is up to each of us to find that purpose, and with it, really shine and elevate ourselves, our families, our communities and finally our world

Since its first issue in mid-2009, True Shine Magazine has been printed quarterly and our next issue will be distributed nationally. Our divisions are: Health, Money Matters, Lifestyle, Fashion, Global Issues and Community Activism. We are always looking for new leads, stories and updates. Have you been inspired by someone lately? Vision Statement

True Shine Magazine is the first national magazine born out of the community with a vision to help you find your higher calling. Many people often wonder, “Why was I put on this earth?” “There has to be something more..” True Shine Magazine aims to answer that question with thought provoking interviews and features of people who have found their mission and calling, those who were not afraid to follow their passion and leave a legacy on the world.
